Finsa created a Workflow Automation application, built for the client’s requirements “Automatization of Specific Requests”.
Everyday used in hundreds of branches to manage various kinds of specific requests from bank’s customers, as an increase in interest rates or a refund for an expense, both in banking processes as operating losses or loan losses; developed in Java EE technology in an IBM architecture (Z-Linux and IBM DB2), with a UX preliminary analysis.
