Pierpaolo Perotto | Partner and CEO
Lengthy experience in strategic consulting and applied research. He has worked in Ernst & Young and Olivetti. In California he was part of the artificial intelligence group of Olivetti. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Genoa. He was also the founder of Experientia and its Managing Director from 2005 to 2014.

Federico D’Este | Partner, CFO and Head of CF
Over 20 years of experience in the world of Finance, Strategic Planning and Budget Control. He has worked in Italy and abroad as manager of multinational companies (Telecom Italia Group, Finmeccanica Group, Westinghouse) Private Equity Funds and Venture Capital. He has a degree in Business and a Master in Business Administration l’Insead in Paris.

Michele Positano | Senior Advisor
Offers a long experience in Corporate Finance national and international, in specific in the areas of operations, in director positions in private organizations international finance, investment banks, operational funds (VEI Capital, Valiance Capital, Macquarie Bank, BNP Paribas, IFC, EBRD).

Carlo Caiaffa | Partner and Head of Business Development
